To ensure you feel comfortable during your stay we offer the following amenities. If you require any service which is not listed below, please do not hesitate to contact our Front Desk.
 

GENERAL INFORMATION

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time in our hotel is 3 p.m. and check out is at 12:00 in the next day.

YOUR GUESTS
The Guests' visitors are kindly requested to check-in at the Front Desk using their ID card.

CLEANING SERVICE
Cleaning service in the rooms is provided between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you do not wish to have the room cleaned, please hang the 'Please do not disturb' tag on the door handle.

FRONT DESK
Front Desk is open 24 hours a day. Dial 100 to contact Front Desk from your room.

SMOKING
All of the rooms and public areas in the hotel are non-smoking. The ban on smoking applies also to e-cigarettes. In the case of smoking, a fee of 500 PLN will be charged for refreshing the room.

BOTTLED WATER

Bottled water is available in your room and at the Front Desk. There are two 250 ml bottles at your disposal.

ELECTRIC OUTLETS
All electric outlets in your room are off when your room card is not inserted in the control box. If you would like an additional card to charge any appliances, please ask at the Front Desk.

ADDITIONAL TOILETRIES
Hairdryer is in your bathroom. Sewing kit and shoe amenities are in the room.

The order of available TV channels is as follows: :

INTERNET
High Speed Internet access is available in all rooms, the restaurant, reception hall, lobby bar and conference rooms. To connect to the Internet, choose wireless network ”Q HOTEL PLUS KRAKOW” and then enter the password qhotelplus. There is also the possibility of using wired Internet. The internet cable is available on request at the Front Desk. If you encounter any difficulties connecting with WiFi, call our Front Desk.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in the Qualita Restaurant between 06.30 and 10:30 a.m. and between 06.30 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. during weekends. It can also be delivered to your room. The service is charged 10,00 PLN.

COFFEE AND TEA MAKER
A coffee and tea maker and supplies are available in your room.

RESTAURANT
The restaurant is open between 1.00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. It offers cold and hot dishes, as well as wide variety of soft and alcoholic drinks.

LOBBY BAR
The Lobby bar is open between 1.00 p.m. and 1.00 a.m. and offers drinks and cocktails.

ROOM SERVICE
Our staff can bring your order to your room for 24h per day. The service is charged 15,00 PLN. You can find the menu in the room.

SNACKS
Snacks are available at the restaurant. Outside its opening hours some snacks are available at the Front Desk. Snacks are extra paid.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOX
A safe deposit box is available in the room. Please store valuables items in a safe. 

CREDIT CARDS
We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro and Diners Club.

FITNESS & RELAXATION
We have prepared for you our fitness room on the 1st floor and open between 07.00 a.m.-10.00 p.m. is available for use free of charge.

COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES
For your convenience, complimentary toiletries, shaving set, toothbrush, toothpaste, bathrobe, and shower caps are available free of charge at the Front Desk. We also have additional pillows, soap, shampoo, towels, clothes hangers, and extra paid electrical adapters which are also available at the Front Desk.

IRON & IRONING BOARD
An iron and ironing board are in the room.

WAKE UP SERVICE
To schedule a wake up call, please contact our Front Desk.

LUGGAGE ASSISTANCE AND STORAGE
Luggage assistance and storage is available at the Front Desk.

LAUNDRY SERVICE
To use the laundry service fill in the 'Laundry form', which is placed in the closet, put the clothes in the laundry bag (also in the closet) and then leave it at the Front Desk with cash or a deposit on a credit card equal to the value of the laundry service.
If you leave the laundry before 9:00 the clean clothes will be returned to your room on the same day.

PARKING
The hotel has a monitored, unsecured underground parking area and parking spaces in front of the hotel. The rates for the parking are avaiable at the Front Desk. The rules of underground parking usage are available at the Front Desk and next to the entrance of the parking area. 

MAP, PRESS & INFORMATION
City map, morning press and information about local attracions are available in the reception hall.

BUSINESS AMENITIES PHOTOCOPY / PRINTING
Photocopy, printing and fax service is available at the Front Desk. First 20 copied/printed pages are free of charge, each next page costs 0,50 PLN (black/white).

CONFERENCE AMENITIES
Our hotel has 3 conference rooms possible to combine in one, which can host small meetings and big conferences for 300 people. The hotel also has two boardrooms. EMERGENCIES (FIRE & MEDICAL)
First aid kit is available at the Front Desk. In any emergency please dial 100 immediately, to inform the Front Desk. You can also obtain outside help for any emergency (fire, medical, police): dial 0 (for an outside call), then 112. To call a doctor to the hotel, please contact our Front Desk. If you see a fire, please inform our Front Desk (tel. 100) and/or press the alarm switch, located in every hall. Next use the escape route and go outside the hotel. For additional fire safety information, please refer to information sheet posted on the back of the room door.

The air conditioning only works when the window is closed and if the hotel card is inserted into the card reader located by the door.

Hotel regulations

1/ The room is rented on a daily basis. Check in time is 15.00. and check out 12.00 of the following day. Breakfast is served in hotel's restaurant weekly 06:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., at the weekend 07:00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m.

2/ The guest is kindly requested confirm his/her stay with the document that contains a photograph (e.g. identity card, passport, driving license).

3/ The guest personally fills in the check-in card with his/her full name and signs it.

4/ If a guest does not specify a period of a stay at the check-in, a room will be rented for a day.

5/ A request of extending a stay should be declared in the front desk before 10.00 a.m. on the scheduled check out date. The Hotel will accommodate the extended stay if it is possible.

6/ Hotel reserves the right to relocation guests belongings to other room or hotel cloak room if Front Desk is not informed about the extended stay.

7/ A hotel room is not transferable.

8/ The hotel requests nighttime silence from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following day. During this hours our guests are requested to respect a rest time of others.

9/ Visitors without a registration may stay in a hotel room till 22.00.

10/ The hotel provides services according to its standard. Any complains concerning the quality of services should be immediately reported to the front desk.

11/ Valuable belongings, money and securities should be keep in locked safe deposit box which is located in each room or in Front Desk deposit. The responsibility for valuable things is limited if they are not placed on the hotel deposit.

12/ The hotel's liability for loss of or damage to the objects brought in to the hotel by a Guest is governed by the provisions of Art. 846-849 of the Civil Code. Responsibility of the hotel is limited, if these items are not deposited at the Front desk. The Hotel has the right to refuse to accept for safekeeping money, securities and valuable items, in particular the valuables and objects having scientific or artistic value, if they threaten the safety or have too much value in relation to the size or standard of the hotel, or take up too much space. ul. 13/ Room cleaning service is provided between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. If you do not wish to have the room cleaned, please hang the “Please do not disturb” tag on the door handle.

14/ Guests take financial responsibility for all services and goods used during the stay. Hotel reserve the right to charge the Guest with total amount for used and unpaid services or orders.

15/ A guest is responsible for every material damage or destruction of the hotel's equipment or property which occurs at the fault of the guest or his visitors.

16/ Guest should inform the front desk about any damage or loss immediately after it had been discovered.

17/ Room heaters, electric irons and other similar devices which are not a part of the hotel room equipment are not allowed to be used inside the rooms due to the fire safety.

18/ In the hotel, including the hotel rooms, in accordance with the law of 8 April 2010 amending the Act on Protection of Health against the Consequences of the Use of Tobacco and Tobacco Products and the Act on State Sanitary inspection (Journal of Law, No. 81, item 529) - there is a total ban on smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes and tobacco products. Violation of the ban on smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes and tobacco products in a hotel room is equivalent to an expressing by the Guest renting the room a consent to cover the costs of room dearomatisation in the amount of 500,00 PLN

19/ Leaving a room, a guest should check if the door is locked properly.

20/ Personal belongings left by a guest in a hotel room after check out will be sent to forwarding address indicated by the guest on his cost. If such an instruction is not received, the hotel will be storing these items for 4 months. The hotel does not store any esculents, alcohols, medicines or cosmetics left in a hotel room.

21/ The hotel reserves the rights to refuse a guest who has violated proceeding rules or has caused a damage of the hotel's or any guest's, staff member's property or who otherwise has interfered a peaceful stay of other guests or the acting of our hotel. 

Information about personal data

1. The Controller of personal data of hotel guests is Wygrana Q Hotel Sp. z o.o. Sp. J. based in Krakow, ul. J. Lea 202 A, entered in the register of businesses of the National Court Register by the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieście in Krakow, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register with the number 0000873272 (hereinafter: Hotel).

2. The purpose of personal data processing by the Hotel is to enter into and perform a hotel services agreement. Furthermore, other purposes of personal data processing by the Hotel are as follows: a. pursuing potential claims by the Hotel in relation to damage caused by the guest to the Hotel or defence of guest's claims against the Hotel, b. documented performance of services for tax purposes, c. guarantee of the highest quality of services for hotel guests. In the event the guest has consented to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, the Hotel processes personal data for this purpose, i.e. in order to send marketing information and offers on products and services to the guest. Furthermore, the Hotel processes personal data of guests gathered by the hotel's monitoring system for the purpose of guaranteeing the safety of hotel guests and other persons who stay at the Hotel.

3. The legal basis of the processing of guest's personal data obtained by the Hotel is the agreement on the provision of hotel services. The legal basis of the processing of guest's personal data used for marketing purposes is the guest's consent. The hotel informs that the consent may be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the value of processing which occurred prior to the withdrawal of consent. The legal basis of the processing of guest's personal data by the monitoring system is the protection of the guest's vital interests and vital interests of other natural persons, and justified objective of the controller. The legal basis of the processing of guest's personal data in order to ensure the highest quality of services to hotel guests is the justified objective of the controller.

4/ The hotel transfers personal data to the following categories of entities: a. Companies that belong to the Q Hotel chain, i.e. Radzikowskiego Q Hotel Sp. o.o. Sp.J, KRS (National Court Register) nr 0000873278, Katowice Q Hotel Sp z o.o. Sp.J, KRS (National Court Register) nr 0000874830, Wrocław Q Hotel Sp. z o.o. Sp. J, KRS (National Court Register) nr 0000872845, GSH Q Hotel Sp. z o.o. Sp. J. KRS (National Court Register) nr 0000876770, Wrocław Bielany Q Hotel Sp. z o.o. Sp. J. KRS (National Court Register) nr 0000873238 and the company that renders management services, i.e. tj. Main Q Hotel Sp. z o.o., KRS (National Court Register) nr 0000766328 b. companies that provide IT support services to the hotel and software, ul. 5/ Period of personal data processing: a. obtained in relation to the concluded agreement on hotel services shall be processed for the limitation period of tax claims or civil law claims of the Hotel or guest, depending on which happens later, b. obtained based on the consent for marketing purposes shall be processed for the validity period of the consent for marketing purposes, c. obtained in relation to monitoring shall be processed for 30 days of the date of recording and then shall be permanently deleted.

6/ Each guest shall have a right to access personal data, to correct it, delete or restrict its processing. Furthermore, each guest shall have a right to raise an objection to processing. Access to data is only possible at the Hotel. Additionally, the Hotel uses the following address krakowplus@qhotels.pl for contacts concerning personal data.

7/ Each guest has a right to file a complaint with a supervisory body, i.e. the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

8/ The hotel does not intend to transfer personal data outside the EEA.

9/ The provision of personal data such as first and last name, and address of residence is a requirement for the conclusion of a hotel services agreement. If personal data is not given, it will make it impossible for the hotel to conclude a hotel services agreement. The hotel makes automated decisions based on personal data; this includes profiling. Historical personal data obtained by the hotel in relation to the provision of hotel services by the guest is used for profiling.

10/ The hotel makes automated decisions based on personal data, incl performs profiling. Historical personal data is used for profiling, which the hotel acquired in connection with the provision of hotel services to the Guest.
